Every campaign is reviewed manually by a dedicated team before it goes live. We confirm the organizer's identity and the health need behind the fundraiser, and our team keeps watch on active campaigns for anything that looks off.
Once your campaign is verified, you add your bank details and donations are paid out weekly through Stripe, our secure payment processor. A payout can take longer if we need extra verification or flag a security or compliance concern.

Donations run through Stripe, our payment processor, so you can give with major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or any other method Stripe supports. We never store your complete card details that information goes to Stripe, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified processor.
